FAQ
What should I wear?
Do I dress casual? Should I dress up? Like I’m going to work, relaxing with friends, or going out for dinner? Well, the easy answer is, “Yes!” When you arrive at HBC, you’ll find some in business casual, some in their “Sunday best,” and some dressed casually.
Where do I go?
It can be intimidating walking into an unfamiliar building. These are a few details you might want to know:
When are your services?
Sunday School at 9:15 a.m.
Are you going to make a big deal about me being there?
No. We can’t help it when our members introduce themselves, say hello, and ask you about yourself. . . but we promise not to shine any lights on you, make you stand up, or be otherwise embarrassed. Pastor and his wife would love an opportunity to meet you. You can find them in the lobby after the service. Generally, he is pretty easy to spot, but if you are having trouble finding him, just ask where the pastor is and someone will be happy to help you.
